Misty Cove’s Sauvignon Blanc captures the essence of Marlborough’s sub-regional characters. Lovingly handcrafted and produced from our vineyards in the Wairau, Waihopai and Awatere Valleys, this wine captures Marlborough’s unique environment.

Produced from our rich Marlborough soils, the Misty Cove Sauvignon Blanc celebrates the region’s character and earthy charm as well as giving a nod to good times. This refreshing and tasty drop is sure to please with a bouquet of gooseberry and a splash of summer fruit.

Harvested in the cool of the night then cool fermented with selected yeasts strains to enhance varietal characteristics. Bottled early to capture fruit freshness and zing.

Fresh and attractively fruited, the wine shows lifted aromas of feijoa, grapefruit, nectarine and lime zest on the nose, leading to a vibrant palate that is bright and lively.
