Pinot Gris is a well-balanced aromatic white, making it pair best with smokey or spice. That's why we get creative with the BBQ when we turn up with a bottle of this stuff. Great for a Summer's day with smokey pulled pork, spicy beef ribs and creamy mushrooms on toast. You're also gonna wanna break out some horseradish, homemade Brussels type pâté and while you're at it lock in a smoked salmon.
