The light colour and gorgeous summer fruits result in an elegant rebel that is crisp and dry in the finish. We are just so in love with this one because it goes so so well with the widest variety of dishes. But for a truly memorable night we recommend tapas, rich or creamy cheeses & freshly baked bread. This baby is also an absolute winner with fresh protein and salads.

Winemaking

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the grapes were harvested in the early morning and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using or selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.

Deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted in small batch quantities, we crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark” – the attributes and characteristics of the selected single vineyards, which the grapes originated.
