"A rather refined sauvignon blanc with freshness and minerality with some crushed stone. Medium-bodied. Creamy. Polished and flavorful. More like a Loire white. Drink now."

Winemaking

Sur Lie ageing is the process of allowing this wine to sit on the lees in order to extract flavours and enrich the palate. Wines aged on their lees tend to be creamier, richer, fuller-bodied with greater depth and complexity. Lees aging (6 months) prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight adding to the wine’s intense fruit characters.
