HOW IT GOES DOWN
The nose exhibit aromas of raspberry, ripe dark plum, dry spice and a hint of earthy notes. The palate shows concentrated red fruit with an underline of savoury flavours. The tannins are fine but persistent in the palate, finishing with an integrated oak and great length.

Our Organic Pinot Noir is certified organic with BioGro New Zealand. Lovingly handcrafted from a single vineyard in the Waihopai Valley, we have captured its unique “terroir” to produce a rounded and supple Marlborough Pinot Noir. The wine contains a mixture of traditional organic Pinot Noir clones 777, 115, Abel and 667. It was made through minimal handling intervention and the softest touch. Allowing it to show natural expression of terroir balanced with French oak: 20% new with the balance being older barrels.
