Waihopai 2019
This incredible blend of some our very best fruit from each vintage in the Wahopai: Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Gris and Gewurztraminer, hand harvested, gently crushed and naturally fermented. The beautiful baby has the lush, stonefruit flavours of Pinot Gris, the tropical and citrus fruits of Sauvignon Gris and the sweet, spicyness (think Turkish delight!) of Gewurtz. This is such a good (and different!) food wine – you could try it with anything from spicy Asian cuisine to a more full flavoured chicken, pork or seafood dish.
Waihopai 2020
Not to be confused with our 2019 limited release Waihopai, our 2020 is just a little bit different comprised of Gewürztraminer, Grüner Veltliner & Riesling. This is definitely one of rockstar drops - what you will get is white florals, lychee, spice and fresh mango. This is the perfect wine to sample with a cheese and meat platter, or the more obvious conterpart: Asian spices or smoky BBQ. We cannot reccomend the Waihopai 2020 experience enough.
