2020 Fifth Innings Pinot Noir
Made from low cropping vines from our Flagship Fareham Lane Vineyard. Produced using only traditional methods, with minimal winemaking input. The wine is unfined & unfiltered to capture the true essence of elusive Pinot Noir grape.Dark rich cherry & forest fruit dominate on the nose with a hint of warm toasty oak. The colour is deep with a bright purple hue. The rich voluptuous tannins coat the palate with a very long finish.
2020 Fifth Innings Chardonnay
Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed directly to 100% new French barrique and aged for 10 months. Golden and vibrant in the glass, the wine is full bodied with great texture and weight from the ripe fruit and beautifully supported by the use of toasty oak. Dry and finishing long this well balanced and attractive wine combines the best of ripe Marlborough fruit with complexity and weight from the barrel.
