It's a blend of some our very best fruit from each vintage: Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Gris and Gewürztraminer, hand harvested, gently crushed and naturally fermented. But you don't need to own a private jet with a hot tub to try this.

HOW IT GOES DOWN

The beautiful baby has the lush, stonefruit flavours of Pinot Gris, the tropical and citrus fruits of Sauvignon Gris and the sweet, spicyness (think Turkish delight!) of Gewurtz. This is such a good (and different!) food wine – you could try it with anything from spicy Asian cuisine to a more full flavoured chicken, pork or seafood dish.

It is concentrated and succulent on the palate with lovely fruit intensity together with plush mouthfeel and vibrant acidity, leading to a persistent textural finish. Winemaking

Hand harvested in small ripe parcels, each variety was gently crushed and allowed to naturally ferment. The three wines were blended together and kept on the original Pinot Gris yeast lees without sulphur for aging, enhancing the palate weight and giving the wine a deep sense of luxury and opulence.
