2022 Landmark Rosé

Misty Cove’s Landmark Rosé is deeply influenced by old-world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted with small-batch qualities, we crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark”—the attributes and characteristics of the Fareham Lane vineyard from which it originated.

This Mediterranean-style rosé is pale pink in colour and filled with beautiful summer fruits, an elegant rebel delivering a mouth-watering and dry finish.

Perfect pairing

The light color and delightful summer fruits create an elegant wine that has a crisp and dry finish. We absolutely adore this wine because of its ability to pair well with a wide variety of dishes. For an unforgettable evening, we suggest pairing it with tapas, rich or creamy cheeses, or simply enjoying it with your Friday night pizza.

Winemaking

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the grapes were harvested in the early morning and gently pressed. The free run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using our selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.
