Coming straight out of left field is this beautifully Pétillant, lightly effervescent (gentle fizz) creation made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.Perfect for any occasion (or non-occasion) when you want something a little out of the ordinary. 

Harvested in small ripe parcels from our Fareham Lane Vineyard, the Pinot Noir saignee was fermented and aged in older French barrique and the Chardonnay portion was fermented and aged in Perle de Quintessence – both for 7 months.

The final blend was decided after careful consideration resulting in 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay and bottled on 11th of November 2022 with a light petillant on the palate.

"Delightfully charming and joyful with pale salmon in colour, the wine shows ripe strawberry, apricot, orange peel and blossom nuances on the nose, leading to a brightly expressed palate displaying juicy fruit flavours with a slight spritz, finishing long and refreshing. 60% Pinot Noir & 40% Chardonnay. Pinot Noir saignee was fermented and aged in older French barriques and Chardonnay portion was fermented and aged in Perle de Quintessence – both for 7 months. At its best: now to 2025."
