Utterly irresistible and playfully aromatic, this blush Sauvignon Blanc teases the nose with a blend of passionfruit, green apple, lemon, and hints of strawberries. On the palate, itβs a lively little number, with a zippy acidity and just a hint of sweetness, finishing light and refreshing, perfect for rooftop parties, solo dances, or relaxing with great food.
This wine is a delightful blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. All fruit was carefully harvested in the cool morning hours, gently pressed, and cool-fermented. Sauvignon Blanc was handled in stainless steel tanks, while Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fermented in older French oak barriques. After maturing separately, we blended these varietals to achieve a harmonious balance of fruity flavours, fresh mouthfeel, and alluring colour.Β
