2025 Landmark Rosé
Our 2025 Landmark Rosé isn’t just a pretty face (though that pale pink hue is drop-dead gorgeous). Handcrafted in micro-batches from our Fareham Lane vineyard, this is Misty Cove doing classic winemaking with a twist. Think of it as tradition — but with a Mediterranean soul.
On the nose, it’s a summer love story — strawberries, watermelon, and the kind of vibes that make you want to cancel all your plans. On the palate? It's crisp, fruit-forward with bright acidity and a dry, moreish finish that’ll have you reaching for another glass before you’ve even put the bottle down.

Perfect pairing
This Mediterranean-style Rosé shines with a delicate, pale pink hue and aromas of strawberries and watermelon that scream summer. Juicy, vibrant, and refreshingly dry, it’s all about bright fruit and crisp acidity wrapped in elegant structure. Perfect for patio hangs, it pairs like a dream with Neapolitan pizza, freshly shucked oysters, cherry tomato bruschetta, or a charcuterie board piled high with soft cheese, salty meats, and sun-ripened fruit.

Winemaking
Made from Pinot Noir, clones 777 and 10/5, the fruit from our Fareham Lane vineyard was harvested at peak ripeness to ensure optimal flavour. The free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures using our selected rosé yeast to accentuate fruit purity.

Wine of the week: Misty Cove Landmark Series Marlborough Rosé 2025 ★★★★★
"Instantly appealing, this distinctive rosé was made from pinot noir, estate-grown and hand-harvested in the Fareham Lane vineyard, inland from Renwick. Pale pink, it is full-bodied, fresh and vibrant, with strawberryish, gently peachy and spicy flavours showing excellent delicacy and depth. Finely textured, and harmonious, it is basically dry, lingering finish."

"Pale and polished with a bouquet of red apple, pear and light red berry fruits. Delicious on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet framed by a softness of texture, some very fine fruit tannins and refreshing acid lone. A mid-palate flavour of tropical fruit and grapefruit adds complexity and power. Silky on the finish with best drinking from late 2025 through 2027."
