"Menthol grassiness with pea pod and petrichor, wet slate aromas. Good concentration on the palate. Lots of ripe passionfruit, gooseberry, lime and mango with a grassy, herbaceous character. Ultimately, marmite style, as the structure is very good and the concentration is too."

The fruit for our Estate Series Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from our vineyards in the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys. Harvested in the cool of the night then cool fermented with selected yeasts strains to enhance varietal characteristics. Bottled early to capture the true essence of Marlborough: fruit freshness and zing!
